The Bill regulates the procedure of granting access to the State secret to the government members and leaders of central executive bodies that are not members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Thus, the Bill envisages that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine grants the access to the State secret to the leaders of central executive bodies who were appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 1424) was registered at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
